Undo, redo, and saving

Designer edits are recorded as graph-model snapshots. The application distinguishes unsaved changes from the last saved project state.

When to use

Use this page while editing or reviewing the graph in the designer.

Behavior

  • Use the toolbar undo and redo buttons to move through model changes. Each operation restores streams, links, connectors, types, services, pools, modules, and their properties as one application snapshot.
  • Undo and redo rebuild the graph model while keeping the current viewport, then refresh selections and property panels against the restored objects.
  • The Save button is enabled only when the project is dirty. Saving records the current model as the saved baseline.
  • The Project page provides Save and Save As for named browser-stored projects. Loading another project with unsaved changes opens a Save, Discard, or Cancel guard.
  • The top toolbar also exposes sign-in or sign-out and language controls; these do not change graph semantics.
