Process Operator for Typed Stream Processing

Runs stateful or side-effecting business processing with an optional dedicated error path.

When to use

Use Process when Map is too restrictive: the handler may emit zero, one, or multiple results and report typed errors.

Behavior

  • Execute invokes the process handler for each admitted value and lets it emit through its result collectors.
  • An Error stream can consume the side output when failure changes the business flow; an explicit Error branch is not mandatory for every Process.
